Big brother

Paddy Murphy's is fun. One can watch the back bar from the sports bar and see mates attempt to pull gals on a TV screen and see then fail miserably (so far). Fair enough, I'm not getting any action but I have a girlfriend these days so that's a proper excuse.

PS: I miss you Inge!

Wonderful news: I have optimised my site for mobile use, although currently only for my own phone to save bandwidth costs using GPRS when making updates. If anyone has a list of mobile device User-Agent identifiers, that would be most useful. Some of the optimisations go beyond stylesheet adjustments and actually limit the amount of content being sent alltogether, so knowing the User-Agent is necessary.

Other small updates include a Lite version of the the new Neon Rock style and small icons indicating whether a post was made with a regular desktop system or my handheld. The detection is automatic, of course.

Aston Villa 1 - Manchester City 1

Close game: City were the best side the first half but Villa did not concede and put a foot in the FA Cup quarter finals by a Baros goal in the 72nd. And then in stockage time: the equaliser by 17-year-old Richards. Replay. (At the pub, where else!)

QF draw tomorrow morning.

Having fun is addictive

It is promising to be another late night at the pub. Perhaps someone should ring me tomorrow around 7pm to prevent me from going in again. I will need rest and cash for Tuesday's PSV game after all.. besides I have to work all week and 4am bingo games aren't exactly compatible with such plans!

Why is it always that gals start fancying you when you're seeing someone? I think Din is interested in me, I'm quite sure I could pull Hannah.. where were all these girls when I was single? God's insistence to give me these opportunities mostly when I can't take advantage of them goes completely against Christian values! Maybe I should convert to Islam. Or Satanism. Or stay the infidel I already am. I'm loyal though.. what a shame!
