Birthday weekend

Yvonne had her birthday on Friday, bedtime 5am. Work at 9am on Saturday morning. Then went to Arnhem for the birthday of my dad's girlfriend (erm registered partner erm "stepmum") which she shares with my grandmother. Bedtime 4am, work at 9am on Sunday morning. Then visited my grandmother. A day late, but that's not uncommon as it was my grandfather's birthday.
Back home in Rotterdam now and kind of knackered.. work tomorrow, 9am. On America's birthday (happy 4th of July! - RSS readers should visit the site for my holiday stylesheet). Oh, and mine's in less than three weeks.

Problem solved

I love problems that solve themselves. I liked two girls. One just got a boyfriend. Is that a bad thing? Not at all! Everything works out fine this way. I don't have to feel bad about liking two girls! What a wonderful world. Especially because I still have the other girl's picture in my wallet..
Oh, for those of you whom I have been showing , I'd like to reconfirm that I'm not crazy, drunk or on another planet. Not at all. I just want to have some orientation and start to put some money aside. It's better to be safe than sorry. There is no way I am going to propose to anyone in the next few years but when I do I want to do so in style.
And now please leave a comment how I can ask a girl about her ring size in a sneaky, yet unsuspicious way.. any tips?
