Indian minister
Some Indian minister visited the Ghandi monument at the source of the Nile, where Ghandi ashes were dispersed. Wacko Rob then decides to approach him and say: "Hi, nice to meet you. I'm sorry but I'm having a bad hair day." It's a shame there's no picture of the flabbergasted look on his face.
